Payment-Methods:

Payment can be made by Prepayment, Credit card, PayPal, SEPA bank transfer, Apple Pay, EPS, iDEAL, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Satispay or Trustly. The provider reserves the right not to make individual payment methods available.

1. Prepayment:

Please transfer the invoice amount to our account. Our account details will be sent to you after the purchase confirmation email. You will then receive another e-mail with a pending invoice, from which you can find our bank details. Please indicate your customer number and the invoice number in your intended purpose.

Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment and shipped as soon as possible.

2. Credit card Payment:

You can also pay conveniently, easily and securely with your credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Your credit card will be charged directly after the order in our shop. When you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account.

Your credit card details are encrypted and transmitted to our payment service provider ‘Stripe’ https://stripe.com/de using the SSL procedure (incl. 3D Secure authentication * ). This high security standard means that your purchase by credit card is very secure.

* 3D Secure is a modern and very secure authentication method that verifies the identity of a customer before they can make an online purchase by credit card.

3. PayPal PLUS:

You can also pay safely and easily via PayPal. Please choose PayPal as payment method in the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can sign up as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

As soon as we have received your payment, usually within a few minutes, your delivery will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible, subject to availability.

4. Payment service provider 'Mollie':

The following additional payment options are available via our payment service provider Mollie (Mollie.com):

• SEPA bank transfer (SEPA bank transfer is a secure payment method that has been standardised for the European Union. The abbreviation SEPA stands for ‘Single Euro Payments Area’)
