Delivery + Costs:
All prices quoted are sales prices ex warehouse Oberhausen/Dinslaken incl. applicable German value added tax. We deliver with DHL, UPS or Hermes. The delivery takes place to the delivery address indicated by you. Delivery to packing stations within Germany is possible with DHL. Shipping to other European countries is also carried out via our shipping provider DHL, UPS or Hermes.
Important information for ordering and shipping to countries in the 🇪🇺 EU:
Due to a Europe-wide tax reform in 2021, online retailers are now obliged to pay the respective VAT rates from the different EU countries to the tax authorities.
When entering the shop, the EU country to which the delivery is to be made can be set via a selection window. The prices are then converted to the applicable statutory VAT rate of the selected EU country to which the delivery is to be made.

Note: Shipping to the UK usually takes up to 10 working days. For delivery to the UK, the German prices displayed in the shop will be reduced by the 19% VAT currently applicable in Germany during the payment process. When importing into UK, English customs will charge the currently valid English VAT and any applicable import duties.
5. 🇨🇠Delivery to Switzerland:
Up to a maximum of 12 bottles (0,75l) insured shipping (up to 500€ per package) to Switzerland 24,95€ with DHL

Important information for our Swiss customers and orders from Switzerland:
1. It is possible to send directly to Switzerland via DHL. We will then only charge you the net amount, i. e. our gross prices visible in the shop will then be reduced by the VAT rate of 19% currently applicable in Germany. The invoice therefore only shows the net order value.
The Swiss customs will charge you the Swiss value added tax at the rate of the Swiss value added tax (standard rate for alcohol) applicable at the time of delivery and customs duties between 0.50 SFr. and 3.00 SFr. per litre of wine. These are then billed via DHL.

Important: DHL will charge you an administrative expense allowance of currently 10.00 SFr for the forwarding of tax and customs to the customs office. From an invoice amount (value of goods + shipping costs) of 65.00 SFr, DHL will charge an additional fee of 38.00 SFr for the customs clearance service. The fees mentioned here refer to the costs per package (max. 12 bottles), not on the cost per order! Unfortunately we have no influence on the DHL costs.
2. For border crossers there is the very simple option of delivering the wines to a DHL packing station in Germany near the border or to an address in Germany. For delivery to DHL packing stations, you must register with DHL.
Important: When ordering, please enter your Swiss address data as the billing address and then your selected DHL Packstation or address in Germany as the delivery address.
Customers from Switzerland who whish to have the German VAT of 19% refunded, must export the goods from Germany within 3 months of the invoice being issued. Export must be confirmed by German customs. Please proceed as follows:
- Pick up the shipment at the German DHL packing station or the delivery address in Germany.
- You must have the original invoice stamped and signed by us (enclosed in the package).
- Take the goods and the original invoice to German customs and have the export confirmed with an original export stamp from German customs.
- Return the original invoice with the original export stamp from German customs to us within 14 days of the stamp date. Copies cannot be accepted.
- After receiving the original invoice with the original export stamp of the German customs, we will create a new invoice required for the German tax office without the German VAT shown.
- You will then receive the German VAT back from us.
Please note that we can only accept prepayment if a VAT refund is requested. Due to the high level of service required, we charge a processing fee of 10 euros per invoice. This will be deducted from the VAT amount to be refunded.
You must then take care of the subsequent import customs clearance into Switzerland yourself when you enter Switzerland.
